ÅLANDSHJÄRTA is a timeless necklace where a heart in a smooth silver frame encloses a polished piece of Åland red granite. The granite is ground and polished to achieve a glossy surface that catches the light and evokes sun-warmed, salt-sprayed cliffs.

In the L version we use a slightly thicker silver wire and a larger stone — a more pronounced yet still discreet expression.

Where does my jewellery come from?

Åland – a tranquil island in the Baltic Sea, between Finland and Sweden. Here, in the beautiful Maritime Quarter in the heart of Mariehamn, you’ll find both our store and our workshop.

Guldviva was born in Åland in 1989 and has always kept its production here. For us, it has been important to have full control over the entire process, where jewellery making and sales go hand in hand. This way, we can ensure the highest quality and offer personal service. With us, you always know where your jewellery comes from – right here in Åland.
