P.S. If you choose your own engraving, bear in mind that the ALFA necklace itself is relatively small, and therefore long names will be very small and hard to read. In that case, an abbreviation or initials is a better option.

For the ALFA necklace, the inspiration is taken from the shape of the keys on old typewriters. The round form and the raised edge of the piece, combined with the antiqued silver, create a beautiful sense of depth.

Where does my jewellery come from?

Åland – a tranquil island in the Baltic Sea, between Finland and Sweden. Here, in the beautiful Maritime Quarter in the heart of Mariehamn, you’ll find both our store and our workshop.

Guldviva was born in Åland in 1989 and has always kept its production here. For us, it has been important to have full control over the entire process, where jewellery making and sales go hand in hand. This way, we can ensure the highest quality and offer personal service.
